I was looking for a natural dog shampoo for awhile. Most of them are smelling too strong for sensitive doggy noses. This one is absolutely perfect! It also leaves the fur shiny and soft! Thank you!

We are happy to resolve your issue in a way that is acceptable but need a reply to move forward. The issue of the lead being overly stretchy seems strange so I would say your product may be faulty and we are happy to arrange replacement or full refund.
