What about refunds or if I change my mind?

Easy! Simply send an email to contact@truecharlie.com.au and we will do all we can to help you out!

Charlie is fairly easy going so we are able to sort most issues out!

Should I buy the Slimline or the Original slip lead?

The answer, for most dogs, is that you can go with either. It is a matter of personal preference.

For larger dogs, the Slimline rope offers a better 'correction' if you are using the slip lead for training purposes. The Slimline Slip Lead is also 30cm shorter than the Original and so it is a good option for smaller breeds, where the strength of correction is not as important.

The Original, being thicker rope, may be easier on some owners hands and is longer than the Slimline and so it allows more freedom for your dog, if that's what you're looking for!

Who do we ship with?

True Charlie currently uses Australia Post to get your products to you ASAP.

We try to have your product shipped within 1-2 business days (we aim for same day processing when able!).

Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on location within Australia.

Express delivery takes 1-2 business days if you are located within the AusPost Express Post network

Do we offer local pick up?

Unfortunately, we don't. As we don't currently have a store front it is too difficult to arrange times to meet people.

What if my product breaks?

True Charlie Co. products are made to withstand the rough and tumble nature of owning a furry pal!

However, sometimes things go wrong and if your product breaks or is damaged as a result of poor manufacturing please let us know!

All our products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase and we can arrange a refund, replacement/exchange or store credit for eligible cases.

If you have issues with your products please send an email (and photos if possible) to contact@truecharlie.com.au and we will happily replace your product or refund your money.

Where did the name “True Charlie Co.” come from?

The name True Charlie comes from our nonsensical conversations with Charlie in everyday life…Whenever we would be talking amongst ourselves, we would often involve Charlie by making a statement and then following up with – “True Charlie?” To which Charlie would cock his head slightly and look at us with confusion! It doesn’t take much to confuse Charlie, but when in doubt, he always responds with either a playful lick or by chewing one of our socks!
